Today I was searching for a pair of socks in my wardrobe, ransacking through all the clothes in it. I took almost 10 minutes to find one sock. Then and there I knew that I have stumbled upon my next blog topic.
It is rightly said that charity begins at home. My home is in the heart of the city and I have a wardrobe in my room. My wardrobe has three sections out of which two sections are dedicated for my clothes and the bottom most section is a sanctuary. The top two sections are filled with my uniforms, casuals, formals etc. You could see my latest blazer on the hanger. The ties are neatly arranged on the bar fixed on the in side of the door. As the top sections are concerned it is pretty much usual.
But what makes my wardrobe different from the usual is the third section which is a junk yard where all the old pieces of clothes are thrown and forgotten, where my old one eyed teddy lay rotten where no one dares to clean fearing whether they would catch plague.
Third section is a sanctuary for the extinct spiders and lizards and cockroaches that come to hide from the anti-pest sprays used by my Mom. Over the years I have come to the conclusion that I am doing something great by protecting the lives of these creatures and hence I never clean my wardrobe (what an excuse!!). :P
By the way, I didn't waste any more time searching for the other sock of the pair. And there is no way that I will turn back once I decide on doing something (here wearing my shoes). So guess what?? When my Dad will search for his socks tomorrow morning, he will have a pair less to select from. :P ;) :D
Here comes the FANTASY RACONTEUR to add new dimensions to the multidimensional world of blogs.

A Loving Heart :D

PHOTO DESCRITPTION ;-)
The photo has a picture of a girl’s half face visible and the other half dark. Or it can be also considered as the side view of a girl’s face with her hair blown forward by wind. Being a guy, I am writing it from a guy’s point of view. So this two sided figure is enclosed in a heart which has a bright day on one side and a crescent moon night on the other side. Now into the description.....
INTERPRETATION :D
When a person is in love, the heart will be almost completely filled with the thoughts of the partner. As the face in the picture can be interpreted to be facing in completely different angles, love can have different faces. It may be as bright as a day at times or it may be as dark as a night. It may be tiresome as on a hot summer day or it may be romantic as on a moonlit night. For a love to be long lasting, the couple should understand these facts and should be ready to face the day and night of life together as a strongly bound unit. Only facing the bright side and neglecting the other side is not the right way to do it. Realize that there is no darkness without light and be ready to wade through all happiness and sorrows, together..... ;) :D

PUZZLING EXPERIENCE

One of the many absurdities of modern day Science is the theory of “worm holes”. I had recently read an article on the same.
( Article : http://www.dailymail.co.uk/home/moslive/article-1269288/STEPHEN-HAWKING-How-build-time-machine.html) It is being said that there are many minute holes called worm holes, in space (not only outer space, everywhere)
These are the ends of tunnels. These tunnels connect different places or even different instances of time. It is also contemplated that if these holes are made larger, even man can pass through the tunnel and hence could attain the dream of time travel.
I had read “THE TIME MACHINE” once and after reading this article, I felt awe for the developments in Science mankind has achieved. But naturally, I forgot about it as the days passed only to be reminded after a week through a rather stupid but still puzzling experience.
For most of the people, it may seem downright stupid. But to me, who always thinks out some logical explanation for everything, there was a problem at hand. It was say around 11pm. When I went in to my bathroom, I saw a BIG BLACK BUG of the size of quarter of golf ball lying on the floor on its back trying to get upright. The door had been closed for a long time; the only window had nets installed; the drain from the wash basin and bathroom goes to pits and there are no openings in the piping; there is no question of it coming through the closet as there is water in it always. I am sure that there are no holes in the piping and even if there is then also such a bug (which is attracted to light) coming through a dark pipe of more than 10m long is next to impossible.
Next day we removed it but my mind kept on thinking for a reason as to how the bug entered the bathroom? If the bug had flied into the house, then it would have had to pass the main door and the bathroom door without being noticed which is not plausible because of the size of the bug. It couldn’t have walked in because the main door also has a primary net door with spring installed. That is how I stated thinking whether it is possible that this insect came from thin air?? Or may be through the worm hole (could there be this much big worm hole??) in the thin air….. :-o
And once this thought occurred I started thinking about the consequences of traveling in time; though we can give many advantages, the ill effects of worm hole are in plenty. Some of them to list are:
1) If worm holes are very minute as the Scientists explain, then couldn’t these holes be there inside us? So once the secret is mastered, could we sit in a lab at one place and feed some deadly viruses into the system of some human being at some other place?? The only thing that is necessary is a tunnel with one end at the lab and the other inside the target.
2) What if people are able to travel to their past? When I travel to an instant 5 years back, wouldn’t there be another me at that instant? And wouldn’t there be a void at the instant at which I started my time travel?
3) We have studied in history how one civilization invaded others. Those civilizations were separated by space. But what if some future civilizations well equipped in warfare than us travel through time and invade us??
Yes! There may be many good points but there are a lot of horrifying ill effects that stare at us in our face when we try to travel in time. Let us hope for a good future.....

TALL GUYS STORIES…….

Even when people all around you admire you for your height, it is not always delightful to be tall. To prove my point, I will give a brief description of one of my days.
The time is 8’O clock… The time is 8’O clock… The time is 8’O clock… went on the lady in the mobile with the most irksome voice I have ever heard. In half sleep I pressed somewhere (in the mobile only :-o ;) :D ) and that shut her up.
Outside, rain was celebrating the start of the monsoon season. The day was dull, damp and cold. So once again I drifted into a peaceful sleep. But not for long, there came a female mosquito cooing through my ears. I pulled up my blanket and covered my head. But then my feet were exposed and she stabbed on the tip of my toe!! Ouch!! I surged upward to get into the blanket and hit my head on the top panel of my bed!!
By now I was wide awake and stomped into the bathroom to brush my teeth. Then I went to the kitchen for my morning tea. DHUCK!!! The door of the cupboard on the wall was kept open which is perfectly positioned at a height just above my eyes. Hence I never miss a chance to get hit on the head!! If I was searching for sympathy, I was in the wrong place… lolz… My dear Mom said (as if adding salt to the wound): “Oh dear… Thank You for reminding me. I wanted you to get me some old bottles from the back of the cupboard.” :-o :(
I had tea and got to work. Cursing my fate to be longest fellow in the family I thrust my hands into the pitch dark corners of the long cupboard. Only God knew who the occupants in it were; where even the light from the torch was denied access. I removed 4 bottles successfully and while removing the 5th and the final bottle, my finger got nipped by some unhappy inhabitant for trespassing. :’(
The day’s plan was to visit my cousin brother and I thus I had my breakfast in a jiffy and got ready. Then I heard an inner voice advising me: “brace yourself… there is more to come”. I was puzzled and wondered what it meant. As I boarded the bus, the meaning became obvious. I had to stand stooping in the low roofed bus. When a man got down at a stop, I pounced onto the seat that he had left vacant. In my hurry, I missed to notice that it was just behind a ladies’ seat. Since my legs are long, my knee hit the back of the seat in front of me. A girl sitting in the seat glared and growled at me, and so did some others around me. I was in utter disgrace. :-o
These instances were enough to make me vigilant to watch my steps and tune my actions while entering the low roofed house of my cousin, where I could hear the ceiling fan hiss inches from my head.
It was a relief when we went out to a nearby pool with my cousin and his friends. I could stretch and relieve my self off the tensions of being bound indoors. We headed to the pool; “one man deep” he had said; of course I had my doubts.
All went in, splashing and laughing. I too went in. But to my dismay :-( , the pool which wet all others from toe to head 'in a go' barely touched my nose tip!!
Thankfully, that was the last problem I faced that day due to my height, excluding the low ceiling, till I saw the 5 ft 6” bed that I got to sleep in!!! :-o
Yes these are some problems faced by tall guys in their day to day lives. Some other problems are that they get caught very easily in the classes for the pranks they play or even just for laughing at the pranks played by others; when taking photos with shorter friends, it is difficult for the camera man to get both faces in the same frame etc.
But there are positives too. People remember tall guys more often, they get noticed very fast and even they can have a greater range of girl friends as height is no bar!! ;-) :D But one word of caution: always select a partner with enough height so that your face could be caught in a single frame in your wedding photo!! ;-) :D

My Lucky Break in this CrAzY wOrLD

Do you know who I am?
They call me Arty the Legend.
Do you know what I am?
They say I am a legendary artist.
Long long ago
A man named Gigo
Trudged long alleys
To fill five tummies.
He knew no trade
To earn his bread
Only his passion
Was his vocation.
Art was his blood,
Art was his soul,
A master, he was,
In his art.
His youngest lil gal
Once fell ill
Medicine costs money
But he had no money
Tried selling his works
On the broad walks
No one did stop
Even to stare!!
Without the pill
She became more ill
Gigo was in despair
As the lil girl expired.
He tried and tried
But never thrived
He grew old and died
Without a Lucky Break.
Today world knows him
As Arty the legend
His works cost millions
If not trillions.
Had I a $10,
Could have saved my daughter
I got a Lucky Break,
Too late in this Crazy World.

The concealed emotions of an Elder Brother

On the day of accident (11:50pm)
Oh God please save my Brother! Please spare his life!! Please bring him back to normal... Oh God… he is my only sibling and I care for him more than I show outside....
Oh God don’t you know that whenever we fight, I never take it to my heart? Sometimes when he goes n irritating me, I would have told him – “You are a little pest”. But, oh God!! Every time deep in my heart, haven’t I vouched that I don’t mean it and haven’t I prayed for My Brother’s well-being all along??
Don’t you remember? Day before yesterday also when he kept on irritating me, I felt like telling the dreadful dialogue. But I thought why tell such a thing if I don’t mean it and thus stayed mute. Then I understood he was just pulling my legs and just prayed for his good.
Today evening when I started my studies for tomorrow’s course viva, I got My Dad’s call. Ohh... My heart skipped several beats and there I stood, temporarily paralyzed. My Dad and Bro met with an accident?? Bro’s condition is damn serious?? Rush to the hospital with My Mom?? :-o :’(
How serious??? What happened?? A hell lot of questions echoed in and through my head. I had a hard time fighting the blurredness from my eyes while riding my bike to the hospital.
God do you know how horrible I felt when I visited My Brother in the casualty?? Oh God!! Today I really felt like hugging My Bro and kissing him on his forehead. I wanted to tell him - “Don’t worry my little Bro, we all are here, above all God is here to protect you. You will get well soon my dear”. I wanted to tell him how important he was to me, how much I cared for him.... :’( But.... Oh God... as you know, public exhibition of affection is absent in our family. Also I didn’t want to hurt him by hugging as he had many broken bones. And My Bro was in the midst of wires, oxygen mask plugged to his face and surrounded by Doctors and nurses. I didn’t get a chance to tell what I wanted, but our eyes met for a few eternal seconds. All I could do was to give a not so weak smile and show a thumps up sign. Even being in pain, My Bro returned my smile...
God... I will never despise you because I know how much worse it could have been. And I know that you know all the things that I a telling, but still I feel better when I tell you myself.
Days passed.....
God... Thank You for making My Bro’s conditions better. But still I didn’t get a chance to tell him how much I care for him. And do you know what I heard today?? Some one was suggesting that we check My Bro’s and My horoscopes and find whether it is bad luck caused due to the problems of our horoscopes. Do you know how hard it is to hear such a thing?? How dumb suggestion!! When you are here, I know that nothing else matters..... And you are present everywhere.... It is that belief that keeps me going all the day.
Another thing that I noticed is that when I smile some people think I am hard, some think I am funny & stupid and there are yet anther who think I “just don’t care”. x-(
But, still I prefer smiling because it makes others life easy. And at the same time, I am thankful to you for giving me time to drain my eyes in private.... :-)
Days passed......... And God showed his greatness again!! :D
Thank You God for giving me such a wonderful family and friends...... :-) God is great..... :D

My faded Jade.....

It is time for me, to forget someone
Whom I loved, more than myself...
She was neither a sibling nor my blood
More was she, she was my life
All my yearnings, all my plans
Come to an end, on this day
Today’s sacrament is not her wedding
It is, but, cremation of my soul
From the school days, she filled my thoughts
She was my Princess, in all my dreams
Many emotions, we did share
Adore, I did, her dimpled smile
She formed my days, and my nights
I found my future, in my Jade
She could read my feelings, I guessed
Hence, never I opened my sinned heart
Time passed and proved me wrong
Never she discerned, my inner craving
Here dawns her new life
And here sets my love life
I weep at nights, for my faded Jade
Life ahead is of dark and gloom
It is time for me, to forget someone
Whom I loved, more than myself...
